LET'S GET ORGANIZED
We take pride that we are a very organized DJ service. We believe that proper planning will help translate into a quality service. This is a friendly reminder to make sure you are getting your DJ Planner/s filled out for us. Remember, we need the DJ Reception Planner for the reception and or Ceremony Planner if we are catering to your ceremony. We like to get these 1 month prior to your wedding date. The best way to put it is, "help me, help you!" Although we treat each wedding like it is the only one we have, it's far from the truth. By having hundreds of weddings and up to 60 events each month, it is imperative to be timely with these planners so we can do our best for you.

Our planning app is a premier event planning software that seamlessly communicates client needs to the DJ in one user-friendly dashboard. All event participants can collaborate in order to plan the music and timeline. Join an event using a link, add songs you love to different sections of the event and answer planning questions.
STEPS TO USING THE APP
1. Email us at info@mitdj.com that you're interested in using the planning app.
2. We make you an account and email you the sign in link.
3. You plan and get us the goods 30 days prior to your event.

HOW TO GET US THE GOODS
1. Download the planners via PDF or WORD DOC format to your device. Fill out the provided text boxes by typing in your information, save the document, and email it back to us at info@mitdj.com.
2. The "old fashioned" way! That is to download and print off the planners needed, fill them out by hand, and send in your planners via U.S. mail to PO Box 6346, Grand Rapids, MI 49516
